Review: Icicles No 14

Recently, FunWares was kind enough to send me some goodies and one of them was an anal (*gasp* did I say anal?!) plug, the Icicles No 14.  Now before you guys get excited that I actually put something in my butt, I didn’t.  I wanted to try to Icicles No 14 because it looks a lot like the glass plug used by Jiz Lee in the video I reviewed, GUSH.

The Run Down:

  • Toy Type:  In-ie; Anal or G-spot
  • Manufacturer:  Pipedreams
  • Materials:  Glass
  • Size:  6.5″ total length; 3.5″ insert-able; 1.5″ in diameter
  • Price:  $27.95
  • Pros:  Glass; Good girth; Anal safe; Nice shape; Seamless; Easy to clean; Great for g-spot stimulation
  • Cons:  Packaging isn’t great; No storage bag; For advanced anal users only
  • Overall Rating: 5/5
  • Recommended: Yes

The package

If you’ve seen the packaging for the Icicles line, it’s all the same, so I’m not going to spend much time on it.  It’s big and bulky and I suggest just talking it.  If you have a lot of storage space and want to keep it in the package, it will protect your toy well, but I just don’t have that kind of space.  I really wish they included a storage bag to keep it in instead.

The Icicles No 14

As far as butt plugs go, the Icicles No 14 is quite large and for advance users only.  It’s 5.5″ in length from tip to the edge of the handle and about 3.5″ are insert-able.  The diameter around the largest part of the head is about 1.5″. The toy does have a slight curve to it and   It is anal safe (seeing as it’s designed to be a butt plug) and has a large ring handle.  I find the ring easy to hold and I can get about 2 fingers through the loop.  The plug is made from a solid, seamless, clear glass.  The glass makes it easy to clean and it’s safe to use with any type of lube.

Like I said earlier, I have no intentions of this ever going in my butt.  It’s just much to large (baby steps!).  However, it does work nice as more of a vaginal plug.  Since it has a nice bulbous head, it works great for g-spot stimulation for me.  It’s also great for me to just insert and squeeze around.  I don’t need a lot of length in a toy, but this does have a nice girth to it.  If you want to read more about how it works as an anal plug I suggest checking my friend Beanfiddler’s review.

Overall, I really like the Icicles No 14.  I think it’s a great g-spot toy and has a lot of potential for someone looking for an advanced glass plug.  FunWares carries all the of the Icicles line (which just had some new items added) so I suggest checking them out.  Glass is one of my favorite toy materials and all of the Icicles are very affordable.
