The package

I expected to get a very nice package and I did.  The Kandi Kisses comes in a small box with an outer sleeve.  The front of the outer sleeve has the Bedroom Kandi Logo and says “Bedroom Kandi by Kandi Burruss Kandi Kisses OhMiBod”.  The sides of the box just say “Kandi Kisses” and the top says that it includes “Petite discreet massager USB charger”.  That’s probably the most non-discreet thing on the package.  The bottom side lists a bunch of trademark stuff and the back has an image of the toy and lists all the features.  The inside box is a much thicker box and only has the BK logo on the top.  The top folds open and is held on by a hinge and ribbon pieces to keep the top from opening too much.  The toy sits in a satin lined insert and the charger is under the toy in the same insert.  Overall, I think the package is very class, especially if you toss the outer box.  It’s not an overly large box, so you can easily store the charger and toy in here.

The Kandi Kisses and cap

The Kandi Kisses is about 4″ in total length and slightly under 1″ in diameter.  It has two parts to it, the vibe and the cap.  With the cap on, it looks a lot like a fancy lipstick tube.  The cap has a rounded tip and the Bedroom Kandi logo on it.  The main vibe part, has a textured bottom and a gold ring at the top.  Both the cap and the base of the vibe are ABS plastic.  Taking off the cap reveals the pink silicone tip.  The tip is about 0.75″ in diameter and just under 2″ in length.  I believe it’s plastic covered with silicone because the tip is very firm and has no give to it.  It is a very soft silicone though, so there is very little drag.  I would suggest only using a water based lube with it though, since it is silicone.  You don’t have to remove the cap to use it, but it can make it rattle if’s not tight.  It’s also easy to clean.  You can wash it with soap and water, toy cleaner, or wipes.  There aren’t too many seams to edges and it’s water-proof.  With the cap on, I think it’s very discreet.  I’ve asked several people if they could tell what it was and they all thought it looked like expensive lipstick.

As far as the vibrations go, they are extremely buzzy and decently strong.  I do not enjoy using this on my clit because it is just way too buzzy.  I do however like using it on my nipples.  The vibrations are also fairly quite, even for the vibrations to be fairly strong.  It has three steady speeds of vibration and four escalating/pulsing patterns.  To turn it on, you press and hold the small button on the bottom that has the function symbol on it.  Once it turns on, a press of the button will cycle it through it’s speeds and patterns.  To turn it off, you push and hold it.  I had a bit of trouble because the place the charger fits into also feels a bit like a button, but other than that the button is easy to press.  The spot for the charger seals up well, so I would not worry about getting water in the plug when using in the shower or bath.  One thing I wasn’t a fan of is the charger can only plug into the USB port of your computer and the cord is a tad short (only about 2 feet long).  I expected it to come apart something like the Lelo Mia and plug directly in to the USB port and look like a flash drive.  The battery life does seem to be fairly decent, since I have not had to recharge it after multiple uses.  Another thing I didn’t like is that there is no charge/low charge indicator.  You’ll only find out your battery is dying when the toy dies and you can’t tell if it’s fully charged.  The manual says it should take about 2 hours to reach a full charge, so I would keep an eye on it.

Overall, I’m not a huge fan of the Kandi Kisses vibe, but it’s still a neat toy.  The vibrations are much to buzzy for my tastes, but I do pull it out time to time to use on my nipples.  If you like really buzzy vibrations and need something quite and discreet, I think this would be great.  No one would question an extra USB charger lying around, so it would also be easy to charge and you could even hide it in plain sight if you have a lot of make up.  If the Kandi Kisses doesn’t perk your interest be sure to check out the rest of the Bedroom Kandi line (made by OhMiBod!) over at Babeland.

I’m very disappointed ): When the Bedroom Kandi line came out I was so excited because they’re all such adorable toys. (And my great goal in life is to own ALL THE CUTE TOYS.) Buuuuuuuuut I also don’t want cute toys that aren’t very good. I hate buzzy vibes, so I’m really glad you commented on that. I guess I’ll just stick to my Mia for now! Thanks for the really helpful review (:
