Tiani in it's package

The packaging is essentially the same as that of the Oden and Lyla, so if you want to read some you can check out those reviews.  So on to the top!  The Tiani itself has two main parts, what I’ll call the body and the tail.  When both parts are together, the toy stays in a u-type shape which is around 3.25″ long.  If you were to stretch it out straight (I advise against this) it’s around 7″ long.  The body houses the vibrating unit and is around 2″ long, 1″ thick, and just a tad over 1″ wide.  The tail makes up the remaining 4inches and is only 0.75″ wide and 0.5″ thick.  The tail has a gold plastic bad where it screws on to the body and the rest is silicone.  The silicone is the typical soft, satiny, matte silicone of other Lelo toys.  I really love the feel of their silicone.  A tiny bit of lube (water based only) goes a really long way.  There is a bit of a seam between the body and the tail, but it is fairly tight, but it’s probably a good idea to remove it and use a q tip to clean around the edge every so often.  Otherwise, you can wash the rest with soap and water, toy cleaner, toy wipes, or even bleach it.  Please don’t boil it though because it does have mechanical parts.  The seal is also tight enough to be water-proof, but you guys know I’m a wuss and a bit protective over my toys, so I would only use this, at most, in the shower.

The Tiani in my hand

As far as the vibrations, they’re about the same as both the Oden and Lyla.  The remote and it’s functions are identical, so if you want to know more about that, please seen one of the other reviews.  I’ll also be doing a very detailed instruction on how to use the toys in the comparison video.  The function of the Tiani is much different from the other toys.  As I mentioned before, it is u-shaped; this is because it’s designed to function much like the popular We Vibe.  The tail is very flexible and this is the portion that is inserted while the body rests against the clit.  The vibrations do transfer through the tail, but there is not a separate motor in the tail, like there is in the We Vibe.  You won’t get the really strong internal vibrations with the Tiani.  I do not care much for internal vibrations so this did not bother me that much.  The body does rest nicely against my clit, so that was what I cared about.  I also liked that the tail on the Tiani is much much smaller than the We Vibe.  I had a lot of trouble inserting the We Vibe and keeping it in with a cock because it was just to thick.  Since the Tiani is much slimmer, I had no issues with this.

A lot of people have complained about the connection between the remote and the toy.  It can be a bit difficult to get and maintain a connection, which can be a pain in the ass when you’re in the middle of sex.  The more flesh you have between the remote and the toy, the more difficult it becomes, so the fleshier you are, the more frustrating it can be.  Some positions work better for this than other, I had the most trouble when I was on top of a partner, which was disappointing.   This is where the Tiani loses the most points.

Overall, the Lelo Tiani is not my favorite toy in the world.  I had more trouble with it out of all three with the connection.  However, it is not completely unusable.  If you like the We Vibe, but find that it’s inserted portion is just too bit, I think this would be a good choice.  I do still love the Sense Motion feature, so if you want to try that out, I’d go with the cheapest one, the Lelo Lyla.  If you still have no idea which you want to try, please keep an eye out for my comparison post and video!
