The Panty Pal from the front

The Panty Pal comes in typical CAE packaging, a small cardboard box.  It’s not a very discreet box as it shows the product and practically screams all over the box that it vibrates.  It shows the lower potion of a woman with the product image photo-shopped over her panties, which is a little cheesy.  The packaging is also much larger than the product itself, but it is just a small bullet, so it’d be hard to have an informative package that size.

The bullet and attachment

The item itself is a small plastic bullet with a jelly sleeve.  It doesn’t smell or feel like other jelly toys I’ve handled so I think it’s more of an elastomer.  It’s very stretchy so it’s easy to slip on and off of the plastic bullet.  The bullet itself is a little odd-looking as it has a flat projection with two magnets on it.  These magnets allow it to attach to the metal underside of the heart shape.

Showing how it attaches to panties

The bullet holds very well to the heart shape and can hold through pretty thick material.  It couldn’t hold through denim or anything, but you shouldn’t have any trouble getting this to attach through panties or have issues with it falling off.  The heart is also made of some sort of rubber but it is much stiffer than that of the sleeve.  The only issue I had is that for it to provide any clitoral stimulation it needs to be basically between my legs.

Panty Pal Parts

The Panty Pal runs on three button batteries and what I love is they included two sets.  Each set comes in a little plastic sleeve to keep them together.  Button batteries are so small and are very easy to loose, it’s great to have a nice way to keep them together when you remove your toy to store it, which I totally do all the time >.> yeah… Anyways, the bullet does have an o-ring so it appears to be pretty water-tight.  I suppose this could be a cute discreet bathing suit accessory.  As far as vibrations go, it only has one speed which you can turn on by the push button on the top.  I listed it as a four because to me it feels very strong, but that’s mostly because it’s the buzziest vibration I have ever felt.  It’s even uncomfortable on my finger tips.  The jelly sleeve does dull down the vibrations a bit, but it is still not comfortable for me.  I suppose it would defeat the intended purpose but you could use the heart on the inside of your panties (or without panties at all) and it provides a bit of a broader and less buzzy vibration.

Overall, the Panty Pal is very cute and would be great for someone that enjoys a high pitch buzzy vibration, but I think for most people it will fall flat.  It’s also very cheap.  At under $7.00, it’s something that is within anyone’s budge.
