The package

Again, not much to say about the packaging.  The Posh “O” Probe comes in standard Cal Exotics packaging.  There is an image of the item on the front along with the toy name.  One side lists the features and the other side shows the details of the removable 3-speed bullet.  The back lists the features in five different languages.  Other than that, there isn’t much else to say.

The Posh O Probe comes with two components, the probe and the removable bullet style vibrator.  The probe itself is solid silicone and is about 6″ in total length.     About 3.5″ are insert-able and it is about 1.5″ in diameter.  The shape of the probe is fairly simple.  The base has a ring that is just under 2″ in diameter with an inner diameter of about 1.25″.  The ring is made from the same silicone, so it is flexible and stretchy.  I can easily fit too fingers into it.  The rest of the body of the toy is firmer than the ring, because there is more material, however, it does have a good deal of give to it.  The center of the toy is also hollow, nearly up to the tip, where the removable vibrator fits in, so if you do not have the vibrator inserted, it is extra squishy.  One thing to be away of is this bullet vibrator is much longer than standard ones, so I would be careful to not get standard size ones pushed down into it and stuck.  The silicone is a medium to light firmness and unfortunately does seem to love lint.  However, once you remove the vibrator, you can wash it with soap and water, toy cleaner, bleaching, or boiling.

The shape of the probe is nice and something I enjoy.  It has no real description of use, so you may need to get creative to find what works for you.  It does have a bulged portion with a slight curve and for me this is what my g-spot enjoys.  It’s got a bit of girth to it to make it happy for thrusting.  It’s also quite nice to insert it and leave it so that it applies some g-spot pressure and gives a sense of fullness.  It could also be used anally, because it does have the ring to prevent it from getting away.  There is also a very slight seem on the silicone that I can feel with my fingers, but I could not feel it when inserted.

The probe

The vibrator that comes with it is a push button 3-speed bullet style vibrator.  While it is bullet style, it is 3.75″ long and ranges from 0.75″ to 0.5″ from the button to tip.  The vibrator is made from plastic and it does have an o-ring to seal the inside from water.  To clean the vibrator, I would suggest soap and water, toy cleaner, or wipes.  It runs on one AAA batter (not included) and is a medium strong, buzzy vibration.  When the bullet is in the silicone probe, it does dampen it out a bit, but it is still decently buzzy.  It’s also a tad loud for a bullet.  The vibrations do transmit well through the silicone, but it also helps that the bullet goes so far into it that it helps the vibrations spread out more.  You can use other vibrators instead of the one that comes with it.  I tried the We Vibe Tango, and it works decently well, but it does not taper as much as the one that comes with the Posh O Probe so it will not go all the way down.  The product came with the vibrator already inserted, which made it very difficult to remove it.  If you are going to remove it and reinsert it, I would suggest using some water-based lube so that you can easily get it back out.  Also don’t leave it sitting after you do that or the lube will actually act like a glue and make it even more difficult to get out.  You can also flip the end inside out a bit, to make it easier to get it out.

Overall, I like the Posh O Probe.  It’s a nice little piece that is fairly inexpensive and it can be used in multiple ways by all genders that enjoy penetration.  While I’m not a big fan of the vibrations from this toy, I do like the overall shape a lot because it works well for my g-spot.  It would also work well for partner play because the ring will give the partner something to hold on to.  I also learned int he process of making the video review that if you lube up the pull and put it in and try to pull back the ring to allow you to get a better grip on the vibrator that it can shoot the vibrator across the room.  Now you know you want it.
