The package

The Spoon comes in a cute little plastic box.  The front says “Tantus Little Secret Quiet Powerful Discreet”.  It is a see-through package, so it’s not exactly discreet packaging.  It is small though, so you could store your toy in it if you like.  I just keep mine in another baggy and tossed the box though.  I prefer to store the toy without the bullet inside of it.  I do  love the design on the box though.  It has pretty outlined flowers in silver and black; it’s very classy.

The spooooooon

The toy itself has two componets; a silicone sleeve and a bullet.  The toy is about 4.25″ in total length and the sleeve is about 3.25″ long.  The seelve is made from Tantus’s 100% premium silicone and it’s an awesome shimmery orange.  Yes, I am capable of enjoy toys in colors other than purple!  I know many other people complain that toys are only offered in standard pinks and purples and the Tantus Little Secrets come in very bright colors including orange, green, pink, and purple, so you do have some other options if you find pink and purple boring.

The sleeve and bullet

The sleeve also has a nice shape to it.  The end is a nice curve with a broad flat surface.  I don’t think this is large enough for g-spot stimulation, but if you have a shallow g-spot it may work for you.  The silicone itself has a lot of drag to it so I would recommend using a nice water-based lube with it. It also collects a lot of lint.  The bullet that comes with the secret is made of ABS plastic and turns on with a simple push button.  The bullet itself is about 3″ long and just of 1/2″ wide.  It has a pointed tip which when removed from the sleeve can be used for very pinpoint stimulation.  It runs on one N sized battery which annoys me, these are harder to find than regular batteries.   The vibrations produced by it are also a bit weak and a tad buzzy.  It also only has one speed.  Other than that though it can be a little difficult to pull out of the sleeve, so add a little bit of lube before you insert it and it won’t be a problem.  Be sure to clean the inside of the sleeve though, it can be pretty nasty.  Other than that clean up is simple, just wash with soap and water or toy cleaner and since the sleeve is silicone you can bleach it or boil it (just remove the bullet first).

Spoon with the Tango inserted

I have to say I was even disappointed with the bullet.  It’s just a one speed bullet with low speed and slightly buzzy vibrations.  Perhap I’ve been spoiled by my toys with deeper vibrations.  But you know what’s awesome about the sleeve?  My We Vibe Tango is the PERFECT size to fit inside of the sleeve.  The vibrations transmit very well in the sleeve, even with the original bullet.  I love using this with my Tango, it gives the vibrations a broader and squishier area to spread out over and it’s just great.

Overall, I do really like the Tantus Little Secret Spoon.  I love that the sleeve fits my Tango and I really want to try the other styles with my Tango.  I highly recommend any of the Little Secrets if you like a lighter vibration or you have another bullet you love to switch out with the bullet it comes with.  You can save 10% on any Tantus Little Secret with the code SEXTOYGEEK10 at checkout.

  • I chose the Spoon too! Which reminds me, I should write my review. My thoughts exactly about the bullet, it would have been nice to have like 3 speeds or something. Also, I didn’t realize that the Tango was that small.

  • Ooh wow, I didn’t realize the tango was so small! I didn’t find my spoon to transfer the bullet vibrations very well so it’s just been sitting in a drawer.
