I have to say I was quite excited when my friend as well as the woman that got me interested in sex toy reviewing, Kara Sutra, asked me if I was interested in reviewing a new all natural massage oil.  Of course I said “Hell yes!” and shortly after that I received two bottles of Trust Massage oil to review.

The bottle

Since there is no packing, let me start with the bottle.  Trust comes in a beautiful translucent blue bottle with a black metal cap.  There is just something about blue glass that I love.  The bottle is sleek and classy.  I leave it seeing out on a shelf and don’t worry about someone seeing it or thinking that it is something indecent.  The front of the bottle says “every relationship needs TRUST natural oil for massage and intimacy”.  The back talks about the ingredients as well as some light instructions.

The ingredients of Trust is the high light of the product.  It only has three.  Trust is made from a blend of high quality grape seed, avocado, and apriocot kernel oils.  It is all natural, organic, food grade, kosher, vegan and cruelty free.  It does not contain glycerin, parabens, petrochemicals, or preservatives.  The oil itself is colorless and has a very slight nut smell.  It also has a slight nut taste, but it’s a very light taste.  The oils itself is very light and quite runny.  It spread very easily over the skin and a little bit goes a very long way.  Trust allows your hands to glide almost effortlessly over your partners skin and it lasts for a very long time.  All three oils in Trust are great for the skin.  This oil is very moisturizing and leaves your skin feeling soft and supple.  I will say though that this is an OIL that means to be wary when used in the vagina as it can cause irritation and do not use it with latex condoms as they will basically melt and not protect you.

Aside from the oil itself, I love the idea that the company that makes Trust is offering.  On their website they state:

We believe the sentiment of personal “trust” is essential to any healthy relationship. We further believe that a soothing massage with your loved one may promote intimacy and thereby contribute to a healthy relationship. With this in mind, it seemed that TRUST would be an appropriate name for our product. We hope that TRUST will be used to help couples develop deeper feelings of trust and intimacy in their relationships.

I think this product can do exactly that.  When I receive a massage, I feel very connected to the person doing the massaging.  For me, it is a very personal experience.  It isn’t always erotic or sexual, but it can be a very intimate and sensual act between two people.  Using a great oil, such as Trust, really enhances the experience.  I think Trust is a great product for everyone, especially those just starting to add this type of intimacy to their relationship.  The bottle is discreet and beautiful and the oil doesn’t have any frills or strange scents.

Overall, I love Trust Massage Oil.  It’s a simple, all natural oil that feels great for a massage and can even be used as a daily moisturizer.  I do have to say it is a tad expensive, though I think the bottle I received to review is a smaller 4 oz bottle, which the bottle you get for $39.99 is 10oz.  10 oz of this oil will last you a very long time.  I have barely even put a bottle in the first bottle that I have.  Did I say $39.99?  Well if you use the code KARA SUTRA at the checkout you’ll only pay $29.97!
